Taximan

                       Taximan’s Story

Characters: 

The Taximan

    -He works as a taximan. He is a father of eight, who is very caring and hardworking

 Madam

   -She is a teacher and taximan’s passenger who’s rushing for her meeting

 Lay choo

   -The taximan’s daughter, of whom he was proud because she was very committed in her studies until one day she was cought by her father doing what her father knows and probably didn’t want and expects to happen to her.

Setting:

 The country of Singapore and the                 National University of Singapore

Theme: 

   In the story, the theme of                        prostitution is emphasized, which is rather common among some young girl in Singapore. The idea is made bolder that       parents today must be somewhat or very when allowing their kids to do outside for any reason.

 POV: 

The first person point of view

           -The Taximan who was the main subject of the story was at the same.
